I use Slide.com as well.. but i don't occur this problem! I guess is the networks problem, because i use my office pc! sometime its happens too :)
Reply:Do they just freeze for you or have others viewing them also had the problem?

This is usually caused by lack of memory/storage space in your PC and sometimes a slow connection. To view the shows you have to download the flash movie/presentation from Slide.com and this is stored in a temporary area called the cache. The cache has a fixed maximum size and when it is full, Internet Explorer has to clear out older stuff in order to make space for the new. Sometimes the cache isn't large enough to hold everything downloaded (especially a largish flash file like a slide show) and it has to wait to clear out the parts you have viewed before it can carry on with the slide show.

Try emptying the cache first. (Tools, Internet Options, on the General tab under Browsing History press Delete.) If your hard disk is not nearly full, you might also try increasing the cache size (which should be 1024 by default, I think). Click the Settings button to check and change it (perhaps to 2048 if it is 1024 currently).

Try this first to see if there is any improvement. If not, post an additional message with any error messages you may have.
