Social networking sites mean new candidate pools for headhunters. Do you think it is OK if a headhunter approaches you based on data on your myspace/orkut/facebook etc. profile?

I think it is okay. Maybe they have a great opportunity that would be good for you too. It doesn't mean you have to make a commitment. You should always hear people out and see what types of opportunities are out there for someone with your background.

They'll go after you anywhere, anytime. If they don't think you'll work they'll ask you if you know anyone who will.........
